You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods. The full withdrawal policy is in our Refund Terms.

A clear statement is enough to withdraw — the easiest way is this form. You'll receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
